We collect only what we need to run the store: your name, email, and shipping address (to fulfill orders); payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers; order history (to support you); and product analytics (pages visited, device type, referral/UTM source, and how a visit leads to an order — via PostHog). When you check out we associate your browsing session with your email so we can support your order and understand which sources drive sales; we use this to improve the store, not for advertising profiling, ad targeting, or any sale of your data. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate: Stripe (payments), Amazon (fulfillment/shipping for standard items), shipping carriers and a shipping platform (for orders from Mexico), PostHog (analytics), and email delivery. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at support@featherluna.com — we'll respond within 30 days. Cookies and browser storage: we use essential cookies for cart and login, and PostHog keeps an analytics identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage. We also keep one local-storage item, mocalli_attribution, that records the campaign tags (UTM) and the website that first referred you to us, and we send it with your order at checkout so we can see which sources lead to sales. Blocking cookies does not clear local storage; to remove both, clear this site's data in your browser settings. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at support@featherluna.com, and we won't discriminate against you for making a request. Our store is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — if you believe a child provided us information, contact support@featherluna.com and we will delete it. If we make a material change to this policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the date below, and we will not use personal information we already hold in a materially different way without first asking for your consent. We do not allow advertising networks or other third parties to track your activity across other websites through our site, with one exception you control: if you choose to play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect information under Google's privacy policy.
