Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied with any item, you may return it unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email support@featherluna.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case we'll make it right at no cost to you (a photo helps us fix it fast). Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Amate is handmade bark paper. Natural variation in color, texture, fiber and edges is part of the material and is not a defect.

We'll make any damaged or defective order right at no cost to you. A photo helps.
