Shipping Policy
FeatherLuna ships within the United States only; we do not ship internationally. Each product page shows where the item ships from and what shipping costs.
- Ships from the US: items ship from a US warehouse. Shipping is $11.99, free on orders over $50. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- Ships from Mexico: items ship directly from our workshop in Puebla, Mexico. Shipping is a $65 flat rate per order, one rate however many of these items you order. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of your order. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Orders with both. Items from each place arrive in separate packages. You pay the $65 rate for the items shipping from Mexico. The $50 free-shipping threshold counts your whole order, so the items shipping from the US ship free.
Customs and duties. Orders from Mexico ship with duties paid. We take care of US customs, and any import duty or customs fee is ours. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a duty or fee, email us before paying; if you have already paid one, we will reimburse it.
The shipping cost shown at checkout, before you pay, is what you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier, customs, or workshop factors. If we can't ship within the estimated time, we'll notify you and offer the choice to wait or receive a refund. Questions: support@featherluna.com.
