Orders & payment: all prices are in USD; payment is processed securely by Stripe; we charge applicable sales tax. We may cancel and refund any order (e.g. stock or pricing errors). Products: we make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; minor variations may occur (handmade goods vary by nature). Returns: per our Refund Policy. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeatherLuna and Soixant Seize LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Because our goods are handmade, natural variation in color, texture, and size is expected and is not a defect. This disclaimer does not affect warranty or other rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived. Intellectual property: site content and branding are ours; don't reuse without permission. Disputes: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only; you and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Changes: we may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to order. By using this site or ordering, you accept these terms. Acceptable use. Don't use the site unlawfully, scrape or resell its content, or interfere with its operation. Indemnity. You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms. Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier, customs, supply, or natural events). Termination. We may suspend or refuse service, or cancel an order, at our discretion. Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Entire agreement & assignment. These terms (with the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies) are the entire agreement; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
