Feather Luna is composed of a team of artisans, small office staff and myself. Our products are eco-friendly, handmade, and use biodegradable materials.
We offer pieces made with the hands of artisans using methods passed through generations. Luxury, richness and craftsmanship is what our customers receive. We strive to make sure every product you receive from us is seen as a piece of art.

How long does shipping take?
Some of our products ship from the US and some ship from Mexico. Each product page shows where the item ships from and what shipping costs.
Ships from the US: items ship from a US warehouse. Shipping is $11.99, free on orders over $50. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Ships from Mexico: items ship directly from our workshop in Puebla, Mexico. Shipping is a $65 flat rate per order, one rate however many of these items you order. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of your order. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Orders from Mexico ship with duties paid: any import duty or customs fee is ours, and you won’t be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, email us before paying; if you’ve already paid one, we’ll reimburse it.
Can I return an item?
We accept returns on all items except sale items. Return an item unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email support@featherluna.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can you do custom orders?
No. We only offer the items listed in our catalog.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We have a workshop and showroom in Puebla, Mexico.
